Co-founders of "itsMYdivorce" Shelagh Goldie and Kirsten Gronning have many years experience of working with conflict in families and understand what it takes to divorce. 

Shelagh Goldie  

Qualified and experienced lawyer Shelagh Goldie is also a Law Society accredited mediator. She is based in Gloucestershire and works with families involved with the family legal process and in homes and schools when relationships get difficult.  

Shelagh Goldie brings a unique combination of skills, knowledge and experience. As a mediator and facilitator, she has advanced communication skills for handling challenging situations. Her knowledge about the family legal process comes from her own practice in family and criminal law.

Kirsten Gronning

Founder of The Divorce Coach and co-founder of Breakup Angels and a qualified life and executive coach based in London, Kirsten Gronning's expertise originally came from having to meet her own and her children’s unusually challenging needs through a litigious divorce. Since then she has continued to support and guide divorcing and separating people and specialises in both finding clients the best legal help they can afford and in providing the emotional and practical support they also often need - but often don't realise until things go wrong.

The most important lesson she has learnt in the past 5 years is that it's down to her, no-one else. She believes that with focus, motivation and a little courage anything is possible - and that asking for, and finding, the right support is the key to turning divorce around and making it a positive experience.
